Moved in July of this year, 2025. Someone had stolen the outside A/C unit and I agreed to move in with no central A/C. I had waited almost 2 weeks for the place to be cleaned. Even after signing, I could not move in for another 2 days because it was still not cleaned. I was given a small window unit for the kitchen. I had to spend $800 on 2 units for the second floor, requiring me to empty buckets of water regularly. Way too overpriced for what you get. You put in service requests and they get ignored most of the time. And when they do fix something it’s only temporary. Not worth the money.
