Great experience with purchasing a home from Woodstone Homes, Monty & his team took care of us every step of the way and fixed everything on the warranty work one year later. I’ve purchased 5 homes with other builders before and this experience was the best so far. High quality craftsmanship throughout the homes that stands out compared to competition and the floor plans are very well designed. I will use them again in the future.
I had my home built in 2020 and the day I closed on the property it was raining and the fence was put up using his fence guy, the fence was off by a foot on the side, the gate was not put in correctly and the gate latch basically sticks and the wood was not treated so we asked him about it and he referred us back to the fence guy whom came out and said he couldn’t help us whom I found out is now out of business.
