Great, quiet neighborhood with easy access to both St Paul and even crossing the river to Minneapolis. Walking distance to Aldi and a bunch of restaurants/breweries. Great amenities between the pool and fitness room to get a run in during the cold months. The office staff was always prompt and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance concerns. Loved our time here!
The location is quiet and tucked away even though the location is between 7th street and Shepards Road. Maintenance is very responsive here which is a plus even though I don't have maintenance requests that often. Common areas are cleaned every day and done well. If there is one negative is that leasing agents seem to come and go. As soon as a good one, with experience, has learned what they are doing they leave and a new person starts and has to learn the building and people all over again.
Always in a very timely manner! Patient and thorough!
