It would seem that if someone entered into a written agreement with a representative of a business, a down payment given, and promises made, then that business should honor it or provide a full refund. Sadly, it appears Woodstock Weddings and Events doesn't honor their commitments to the customer. I get it. I fell in love with the barn when I first saw it online. I had the most perfect wedding there. The man who showed me around and helped me was very kind. There's pictures of my wedding on the site. One thing I would recommend though, would be a sign in the front because it was extremely hard to find.
