Compassionate staff and lovely new location
Sad to say that I didn't have the greatest experience here - care seemed fine, but they were scared of my 15lbs min pin mix, and acted jumpy that he was going to attack them. He is a good boy, listens well and has no history of aggression. They also muzzled my friends 15lbs pug mix (without asking) that is the sweetest dog ever, with no history of aggression either. This all seemed a bit extreme and could cause trauma for the animal. Not really putting out a good vibe with that. Also found them very "upselly" - trying to add... read more
