Bought a dodge charger 2021, paid cash up front. Safetied and certified by them. They reset the oil change counter to start without actually doing an oil change. Old filter, old fluid. Right away noticed there was leaking coolant. They knew I was 8 hours away and came all the way down south. Told me to bring in the vehicle. Was already on my way up north. Purchased a vehicle in January 2025. Dealer provided a fake safety certificate — the car had no working emergency brake or reverse lights. They issued a dealer plate I wasn’t authorized to use, which caused my car to be towed. The dealership falsely claimed repairs were done but never fixed the problems and refused to address safety defects. P.S. No legit safety will pass with no reverse lights.
