Called to get a quote for my Triumph that was recently struck by a tree on a Tuesday. Quote for 5-6 parts not a whole lot. Was told I'd get this back on Wednesday. Called Thursday and no one started it. As I was on the phone the guy kindly looked it up and gave me a rough cost he needed to send it over to service to get labor attached. Called this Tuesday, No one sent it over to service to get labor added onto it. Bought a used dirt bike here back in January they added a extended service protection without telling me or explaining what it was for $1700. A few weeks after i went in to cancel the esp and i had to wait for a hour to talk to finance department finally got the paperwork done and 4 months later still haven’t received the money back on my loan. I called woodstock ktm and they said theyd get back to me on it and they never called me back. I contacted the service company myself and woodstock ktm never submitted the cancellatio... read more
