Update- Although the upkeep of the buildings and property is always maintained, there are significant issue with no heat and hot more especially in the winter months. Over the last several years, we have been experiencing a lot of issues with no heat and hot. I am very disappointment in the lack of attention to this issue, and residents are angry and upset. Previous management has done better. Also the board needs NEW members with Fresh ideas. This place should have been landmarked and provided a grant by now . It has historical value and if the board and magnet don’t figure out something quick we are all gonna looses our property. Years ago this was a nice place , if they don’t try something new they’ll be sorry
