Do NOT move here if you value quiet. There are a hard core group of noisemakers throughout the building and the management office does NOTHING about it. The management office has been sent audio/video multiple times of people screaming over extremely loud music in their unit and nothing was done. Unit 1A began moving a bunch of people into the unit and they constantly play their television and music LOUD and SCREAM over the music late into the night, so that they can be heard down the hall, through the walls, and up through ... read more

This place is an absolutely NOT. * LOUD * * Some very disrespectful neighbors * * Expensive * * Not built well / Corners cut * * Filthy * * Beggars in the parking lot * * Drivers cut through the parking lot from Church Street VERY fast, including the towing company, and I have almost been hit at least 3 times while backing out of a parking spot by vehicles (including the tow truck) tearing through the parking lot when using the lot and alley as an easement * Not worth the price.
