Blessed to have this beautiful place in our community of Woodstock! I hurt my back 5 years ago and I’ve struggled up until I had shiatsu with Allison and I’ve never felt better.
I had a massage and it was amazing. It was custom tailored to my bodies needs and I walked out feeling reborn. I took the time to use the sauna and steam before and after my massage. The experience was euphoric and just what my body needed. The locker room also has an array of wonderful amenities.

The people here are incredibly nice, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. From the outside, it looks like your traditional old Woodstock building, but the moment you step inside you’re greeted with a beautiful, modern space that still holds onto that Woodstock charm—it’s done so well. Could not recommend Woodstock Spa more if you are visiting the area! Such an idyllic location, incredibly clean facilities & well kept spa with a sauna & steam room. Also the massage with Allison was fantastic. Really, really relaxing (to the point I fell asleep at one point) but deep enough to work out my knots!
