the stove itself gets 5 stars - company 3 --- I have owned a palladian for 35 + years. was living on a shoestring at the time in a broken down drafty mobile home - picked it up in my rustoleum painted van driving the 350 miles one way - company was great - fell in love wit the stove and the company - they were doing great things.
