Pleasant staff, but an unusually uncomfortable experience with the old/young dicoctomy between members that need standard exercise and those that feel that, as young locals, it's their Gold's gym. I've been there many times and really don't enjoy it. A lot of dropping of heavy weights. A lot of 'what do you think about that?' The majority of the clients, including myself, are older. But this younger muscle guy group want to dominate. Very uncomfortable. Unpleasant. And the staff not tending to monitor obvious courtesy rules.
