My husband and I are both extremely disappointed with Woodstock Nissan. As soon as we purchased a car and the money was given to the company, they no longer cared at all about helping us or ensuring we had a good experience. This has been one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of communication and customer service is unbelievable. Makenzie at the desk is extremely unpleasant to deal with, and Tom—while initially fine—completely stopped responding once he realized what was actually going on. Every promised follow-up ended up with me chasing them down for answers. They submitted a warranty claim without even having all the proper information, which caused unnecessary delays. Such a nice customer service that you would never think of any other place for Nissan. Got this one at very reasonable price. Also, would highly recommend to meet Jaydeep, such an amazing salesperson.
I had been looking for a Nissan Murano for several months. Finally found one that interested me at Woodstock Nissan. Sent in an info request on Sunday and heard back by text first thing Monday morning. Arranged a test drive driving out from Sarnia.
