I was finding it tricky replacing the front wiper blades and took the car to Woodstock Motors, my normal servicers. Although it was Easter, a charming young man, Jake, did the job in about 10 seconds. I'm really grateful, although I feel a bit stupid.

I very recently booked my car into Woodstock Motors at their Hoop Lane site. It's very convenient for me as I live close by. They couldn't have been nicer. I went in late on a Monday and I was offered a slot on Thursday morning. I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening and popped my key in their letterbox. There's loads of free parking in the streets nearby - resident's parking but 11-2pm so you're safe to park up and let the garage collect your car. So, was it a good experience? It was!
