I’ve been living in Woodstock for a while now, and it’s exactly the kind of straightforward, low-stress place I was looking for. It’s a simple, peaceful community where you can really settle in and enjoy everyday life without a lot of complications. The neighbors here are mostly friendly and easygoing. Absolutely love living at Woodstock Mobile Home Park! It’s clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. A huge thank you to Lorena, our amazing landlord, for always being responsive and fair. And big shoutout to Eddy, the maintenance guy he does fantastic work. Highly recommend talking to Eddy if you see him around real chill guy always in a good mood! Recommend taking a gander if you are looking for somewhere to live and speaking to the manager Lorena you won’t regret it!
I really like Lorena, the property manager. I have lived here for over 6 years and she has always been very helpful and kind. Lorena is the reason I have stayed so long at this location. On the other hand, the streets are awful and I cannot believe they are raising the rent so significantly as bad as the streets are and with all of the construction on the main streets near the entry to the park.
I’ve lived here for around 15 years now. For a long time, Woodstock felt like a mid-tier place to live — not as good as it could have been. Things have really started to take a positive turn since the new management came in. Lorena has been fantastic as the property manager — she’s very friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The speed bumps and potholes are still a bit unpleasant to deal with, but they used to be much worse and seem to be getting repaired but show back up after harsh winters. I’ve been living here for a while and so far I’m really impressed with both the park and the manager Lorena…the roads could be better by filling up the potholes but the grounds are well maintained with clean streets and well kept common areas. Lorena is approachable, professional and can get back to you whenever there’s an issue
