My partner is with this doctor's my advice is don't go to them as the reception are really ignorant, and don't help you, they seem to find it funny and let people down. it's no the gp its the person at the front desk.

I am a type 1 diabetic who is constantly having the staff at this "medical centre" take my insulin away from me! This is the 5th time that they have removed my insulin from my repeat prescription, as well as the online prescription service! My diabetic centre has told them to stop doing this, and yet, they continue to risk my life! Shame on you all! I called early waited 20m in queue just to have the call disconnected with no callback. I was given a phone appointment and was lied to I was told the medicine I requested was banned but NHS confirmed it’s available. It was agreed a letter will be wrote to help my homeless decision but they called back the next day and the haughty caller mocked my situation sarcastically.

This practice is denying me my insulin, emergency glucagon pen that stops me from having coma and dying, and blood sugar testing strips. They have done this repeatedly for almost a year. Do not use this practice, if you do not have to, as they will just mess you around and deny you life saving medication. The attitude of the doctor was absolutely shocking just dismissed my problems didn't care tryed to talk about my health issues she cut me off and rushed me out the door.
