I have had the best experience i ever had making a major purchase. Mike @ Woodstock Mattress Outlet was the best salesperson I've ever encountered. As a recent widow on a budget he was able to explain all qualities of many of his products while keeping my budget in mind. No pressure and a delightful salesperson. We stopped in to look at a particular mattress and Mike Zinna was so kind and helpful from the get-go… he was easy going, extremely well versed on his stock and explained everything we wanted and needed to know… he was not a pushy salesperson and steered us in the right direction for our needs… we feel like we got a great price for the mattress we chose… it was a pleasure to deal with Mike and we will go back to him again for further purchases!! Great experience! Tatiana responded to my text from the website within minutes even after I received an automated notification that the store was closed. She responded to all subsequent texts quickly, answering all of my questions thoroughly. The invoices were emailed to me prior to purchase for me to review before paying securely via a payment link.
