Says online Woodstock ktm is open at noon on Sunday. Drove an hour to find it's not. Wouldn't even sell me oil for my ktm. New owners are off to a great start. Advertising they are open when they are not. I wont go back. This dealership is still a joke when it comes to customer service.
Went there to purchase parts for my bike and tried calling first. The phone service they have did not pick up or give any message. I tried searching online to see if they were closed for some reason. Said they were open everywhere including there website. I went there and they were closed for inventory. No me tion of this was made on the phone or web. I traceled 45 minutes to get there. Probably won't comeback to this dealer because they don't even try to let you know they are closed until you get there.
Shout out to Mike, Nick and Chase for making an awesome experience. Came in with a trade and looking to buy a Rocket 3. Never expected to get such a great deal on my trade in and a good out the door price on the Rocket. Awesome test ride experience, awesome sales experience and treating people like friends, not just a customer. I'll recommend these guys and their location to everyone. 11/10 You guys are the best.
