Service is absolutely terrible! Lost the paperwork lost the phone number never approved the work they did. Bike still didn’t work when I picked it up. When questioned them they got defensive and angry and got kicked out! Never ever go there!!
Called to get a quote for my Triumph that was recently struck by a tree on a Tuesday. Quote for 5-6 parts not a whole lot. Was told I'd get this back on Wednesday. Called Thursday and no one started it. As I was on the phone the guy kindly looked it up and gave me a rough cost he needed to send it over to service to get labor attached. Called this Tuesday, No one sent it over to service to get labor added onto it.
