Ok, as an overall experience I'd say sales staff are friendly, however DO NOT even try to use their in-house financing! I have an 800+ credit score and was DENIED. Want my Triumph Street Triple so bad that I just had my credit Union do the loan. After sales support was also not great. Had to get an engine replacemnet under warranty...took forever (2+ months.) However, Triumph proprer Corp. DID respond quickly and replaced my engine. Just not the dealer I would choose, sorry guys.
Great selection of bikes, but when buying one they are shady on fees. .
If you're in the market for a Triumph, ask for Mike Stull. This is my second bike with him, first my Speed 400 and now a Street Triple 765 R, and both times the experience was outstanding. Mike is knowledgeable, hospitable, easy to work with, and incredibly responsive. He's a genuine good dude who clearly loves the brand, and that comes through every time you talk to him. Very nice Harley dealership. Good selection of merchandise. Staff is very friendly.
Went there for a BDR presentation. It was my first time to the shop, I will say I was pleasantly surprised. I could not believe how nice the shop was. Hundreds of motorcycles on the showroom floor, pretty awesome!
