I am from our of town and purchased a vehicle over the phone. I had driven the same model previously and was comfortable not seeing the vehicle I was purchasing before hand. Jamie, I believe the business manager, was the highlight. He was honest and had great communication. My issue was when I came to pick up my vehicle I learned that someone at the dealership was using it as a demo and smoking cigarettes in it. Had such a good experience with Phil and the whole team at Woodstock Jeep. I had been trying to get into a new vehicle that was more online for where I’m at in life. Had been to 2 other dealers and frankly had some terrible experiences. But when I came here it was awesome from the start. Phil, me and my wife had an absolute blast. From cracking jokes but also Phil helping us get into the right vehicle. Glad there is an honest dealer out there that understands what good service is all about!
far from great, went in with my car to get a trade in value and the guys didn’t even know what year it was and telling me that it was a 2008 when it was a 2013 like what these guys on man
Not impressed at the fact that I told the dealership I was going to come down X day to test drive the vehicle and ensure its ready to go the day of since I was making a nearly 3 hour commute, instead the day of, I get told someone put a deposit on the vehicle and it wouldn't have been ready either way. The kicker is I was going to put a deposit had they finalized financing which they failed to do, they only had fun running credit checks.
I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Tonia today at the service desk. Tonia was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless. She even arranged Uber transportation for me to and from the dealership while my vehicle was in for an oil change, which was greatly appreciated and exceeded my expectations.
