I don't appreciate that they lie to their customers. They tell people over the phone that they have a "full team" of IT professionals that all just happen to be in a meeting or are busy. But I've personally previously worked there, and know for a fact that they have exactly one poor guy working the phone for every IT call, and they lie to their customers about it. Why? What is the point in lying to their customers? I couldnt stomach that kind of totally needless deception.
