Amazing resort! Great service! Beautiful location
As excited as we were to spend some nights in Vermont we've felt the need to cancel after the complete lack of service we received. Now we realize it's hardly the Four Seasons we're used to and perhaps that's our mistake. However, we paid a decent amount for a very low level room (as was forced by that being the only room type allowed for traveling with our small pup) and expected, at a minimum, to be able to communicate with the Inn.
