Only had 1 of the product I was after. They held it for me. Drove from london. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I’ve had 2 terrible experiences while exchange/return. Read their policy (picture attached) before buying, they are very friendly when you are planning to buy something but never come back with a return they’d hate you and ask you to leave. You wanna support local Canadian businesses but local Canadian businesses don’t wanna support you. “One of the Store Managers” Rick has the right to refuse a sale or a return but the ability to handle a difficult situation is missing.
