Great service, very friendly staff & other customers...
Tried to return a product, the customer service guy refused to complete a return on a recalled product sold exclusively at HH and instead passed the buck on to the manager!?! Poor customer sevice!!! Update: i have since returned the product that was recalled due to potential fire hazard and because i did not have the reciept ( from years ago!?!) i was refunded the very least they apparently could refund..... bout 1/2 what i paid for the product!?! With 450,000 of those faulty gfci recepticals out there im just glad i never i... read more
