WHA is a wonderful local resource for health and wellness. The owners and management are amazing individuals that care deeply about the health and well being of their clients!
A beautiful facility filled with talented, highly experienced practitioners in all healing arts. The founders have used their long history in this area to tap into the deep well of talent in the Hudson Valley to curate a really unique wellness experience here. Check it out and I bet you'll be back again and again.
My wife and I booked massages on a weekend trip to upstate New York. Originally when we called they didn’t have two spots available at the same time but they called in a therapist to accommodate us as we were only in town for the weekend. The owner (Ben), who I hadn’t seen in many years welcomed us in the lobby and sat and spoke with us both before and after our session. The massages were great and it was a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend!
I was so excited to happen upon this place. It immediately spoke to me as it has a relaxing vibe and lovely entrance. I have had several massages by the very talented Charles and a great holistic facial by Naomi.
Massage was good but unfortunately we had a bad experience. My boyfriend and I treated ourselves to a 90 min massage each on our last day of a romantic getaway. After the massage was over and we were about to leave, we realized that his valuable watch got stolen during the massage. The owner left the facility and left the front door unlocked and the waiting area unattended while the 2 massages were in progress. My husband and I have both had wonderful experiences at WHA. He had acupuncture sessions with Ben, who was able to help him with some major pain relief. He will continue seeing Ben for any health issues that may come up in the future. I have had massages with Stacey and Jason.
