I purchased a 1997 Harley Davidson FLSTS Heritage Springer from Woodstock Harley Davidson in Woodstock, IL. This was done on March 31, 2020. I FINALLY received my tag on August 21, 2020. After weekly and bi-weekly phone calls, being told all kinds of excuses, I am finally able to ride a vehicle that I have been making MONTHLY payments on this whole time!
