I was sent there after injury at work. This was on Thursday. Got there at 2:50am it is now going on 7:00am doctor still hasn’t seen me. I live an hour away, cab still needs to take me back to work, I work at 4:30pm. By the time I get home I’ll have less than 5 hours sleep for my next shift. Next time I am coming by ambulance.

having being waiting for 8 and half hours. Did not see the doctor, the pain level went up from 7 to 9.5 and they only suggest can give you pain killer.

For all of you that complain about wait times and how it might change. The very sick get seen first!! While I was there 2 people where brought to the waiting room from an ambulance. If you think this is bad go to a city like Brantford. 14 hour wight times and hallway medicine. Be greatful your have a brand new hospital with WOW a 4 hour wait time!!! I went in on a Sunday night, and I was in and out within 2 hours. Staff were excellent, pleasant, helpful, and professional. Even the doctor was great. When he saw that I was cold he got me another warm blanket. I go there rather than Kitchener

I love Woodstock General…all my dealings have been a positive experience…little wait time ..attentive nurses… Dr. VU was exceptional in dealing with my issue..she gets a 5 star from us…thank you
