I just can’t say enough about this place. The wait may be long however the service you get is beyond that of a family Dr. Absolutely amazing!
Got three of my fingers cut they fixed it stiched it back every one was great and very cooperative i am very thankful to the docter and all the nurses that took care of me I also see a lots of criticism on wait time i gess u have never been to brampto or etobicoke hospital probably then u will know this was nothing or try going to a hospital in us they will hand a 1500$ bill for just a regular hospital visit saying all this from experience. Thank god we r in woodstock Stay safe.
I was sent there after injury at work. This was on Thursday. Got there at 2:50am it is now going on 7:00am doctor still hasn’t seen me. I live an hour away, cab still needs to take me back to work, I work at 4:30pm. By the time I get home I’ll have less than 5 hours sleep for my next shift. Next time I am coming by ambulance.
having being waiting for 8 and half hours. Did not see the doctor, the pain level went up from 7 to 9.5 and they only suggest can give you pain killer.
For all of you that complain about wait times and how it might change. The very sick get seen first!! While I was there 2 people where brought to the waiting room from an ambulance. If you think this is bad go to a city like Brantford. 14 hour wight times and hallway medicine. Be greatful your have a brand new hospital with WOW a 4 hour wait time!!!
