Meh.... Honestly, a few issues I had were addressed quickly and effectively. When my furnace died, they made a few attempts to fix it and ultimately replaced it. And having heat in the living room paid for is a nice plus! Maintenance was always courteous and kind. But the place is old. My carpet was not new moving in, but I got dinged for the carpet upon moving out, even though the previous tenant had the dog, not me. Whatever.... can't prove anything to them so I let it go.
