Very good Management and resident service. Fair prices and super parking.
The worst place in Batavia to live. If you're ever thinking of moving here, I beg you to reconsider. The rent is very pricey for an apartment that's completely outdated by 50 years. Not to mention the fact that the maintenance crew is totally incompetent and mostly inactive. The snow removal services here are a joke in the winter, doing more to wake you up at 2am than actually clearing any snow effectively.
