Take my Ford here to get serviced regularly. Good service, quick turnaround times.
Purchased a 2018 F150 and extended warranty. Took it in for repeated transmission symptoms and just did factory reset and a download from Ford, helped for awhile, buy the damage was done. Recently took it to Brant County Ford, was told I need a new transmission. Went back to Woodstock Ford and was told because I didn't complain enough, there is nothing they can do.
Complete misdiagnosis on my Mach-E. I was told I needed new strut mounts but brought my car to another dealership who fixed the stabilizer links at a much lower cost.
Quick service. Had to repair a tire. Pick up and dropped off, within a few hours. Very helpful especially for a work truck.
