Complete misdiagnosis on my Mach-E. I was told I needed new strut mounts but brought my car to another dealership who fixed the stabilizer links at a much lower cost.
Quick service. Had to repair a tire. Pick up and dropped off, within a few hours. Very helpful especially for a work truck.
Purchased my truck here about a year ago. Purchased the " Ultimate " extended warrenty package for $4300, was clearly told that im protected with bumper to bumper! Went in today and was told that my dash vent "lever" which literally crumbled apart in my hands and a tire sensor are not covered by warranty! Tire sensor cost me $128. Quoted to repair vent lever $380. Upon booking oil change and repairs i ordered a " bug deflector" which i could pick up when i got the repairs done.
