I went into the parts department today for an estimate. I gave the VIN, list of items and advised the clerk of a corporate discount I am eligible for due to the company I'm employed by being a Ford partner. I had the partner code ready to go. The clerk advised me he had never heard of that. I let him know that other Ford dealers had granted me the discount and to that he told me I need to "Follow up with accounting" at my company.
