I am very disappointed in this practice. They found something in my biopsy & keep giving me different answers & a runaround when I call. No return calls, even after leaving the office manager a message. It has been 3+ weeks, & now they're saying that the doctor doesn't have my results.
The "back of house" was great! The nurses, techs, and Doctors were very caring and professional! Dr. Trankina took the time to ask me questions before my endoscopy and after explained why, what happened and about follow-up. They are a very busy place, but well orchestrated once you leave the waiting area.
Friendly, informative staff. Dr Patel and his team were wonderful.
P.A. Brenan, and "Medical Assistant" Andy, Anthony" (?) Not only did they flunk bedside manner "class" but they evidently did not bother to show up. Condescending, rude, Smart mouthed. My 20 year old daughter and I were flaber gasted and shocked. It was beyond unbelievable. There is so much more I could share! I, of course, contacted my cardiologist and staff and shared with them my experience. After doing my homework, I am now with G.I. Specialist on Reinhardt pkwy in Canton with Dr. Gandi. Night and Day. This place is ridiculous. I continued to receive bills for months then they sent me to collections even after paying all invoices they notified me about in their portal. They also did a terrible job following up on test results to let me know about an issue they discovered during procedure. The only reason they are getting above a star is because the procedure itself went relatively well.
