The Med assistant for Dr K , Maggie never calls back after 2 calls. Changed my name in there system. The colonoscopy was quick and efficient but still have issues.
In as much fun as one can have with someone sticking a camera up your butt and removing polyps, this is the place to get it done! Excellent staff! Simple process. Facilities are impeccable! You won’t be disappointed. You bet your ass!
Dr Shreenath & the entire staff do a great job. Highly recommend their practice.
Half of the time they don't know if you have an appointment scheduled or not and ask you to reschedule. Their systems are absolutely wack. Seen many elders struggle with the ipads and the front desk didn't have enough ipads either to check in all people there.
Doctors and nurses were very caring and tried to keep me calm with kind words the entire time. Would definitely visit again if any more issues arise!
