RecommendedDr. Pratt was efficient and gave me a thorough exam for my ear infection as well as, removing wax build-up. He and his staff are courteous and listened to my concerns. His treatment procedures solved the problems.
The personnel, Dr. Pratt's receptionist and His Nurse are both very nice to work with and Dr. Pratt is very professional. I guess you could say his military background is evident. There is not much chit chat with him. He is straight to the issue at hand. He came into the exam/treatment room did what needed to be done and went on to the next patient. Actually this is refreshing as I didn't go there to socialize but to have my issue taken care of and that is what he did. I would recommend him highly!
He was alright. I didn't feel like he fully paid attention to my issues. It seemed rushed and impersonal. I asked him to check my ear and the problem he "fixed" came back. Plus one of my forms was incorrectly filled out with my information.
Great practice! Dr. Pratt and his staff are awesome!
