Receptionist is quite rude and she never picked the phone even calling them 100 times. After 4 they close their phone lines as its open till 5:00 pm. Please change your staff. They should shut down this diagnostics imaging lab as there is no slot available even after a month. Just doing nothing, not doing their job well. We have to go to other cities to get our ultrasound done. Then what they are doing in Woodstock. I wish could to go some authorities to get their reporting and complaint done
This place is AWFUL! Had an X-ray done on my daughter’s “broken wrist/arm” last week. Was sent directly to see paeds ortho at London children’s hospital when my family doctor called with the results, to address the “break” right away, with the report in hand from this place. The hospital could not access the actual photos so took new ones to make a game plan to re set these bones. Ultrasound tech has no bedside manners. Felt very uncomfortable with her the entire time. Didn't show me my baby or talk to me through the entire time.
Can’t get through to anyone! Their voicemail says not to leave a voicemail because they’re busy, and the website has a “make an appointment” tab with an error! How are you supposed to make an appt?????
Don't know why others are giving poor ratings to this place. I went there recently and I would highly recommend it to others. The staff are very nice, the technician is well experienced and very nice too, and the washrooms are clean. I was also regularly updated and informed about my appointment.
