Lexi here, a reputable dental assistant. I used to work for this office for a short period of time. While here I discovered that the front desk, Emily, creeps patients profiles and has inappropriate sexual conversations with staff whether she would have intercourse with a patient or not. They’d judge the patients on their looks and also made fun of patients behind their backs. Couldn’t even tell you whether the office/doctors itself are good or not because the receptionists were just so incredibly rude and snippy. Tried asking some questions in order to book and they were just so unpleasant to speak with.
As someone with a DEEP anxiety towards going to the Dentist, Dr Michaels and his team are a godsend. I cannot recommend them enough and look forward to going for regular check-ups for years to come.
