This is a clean clinic and has many great qualities that can very much help your road to sobriety! However,the main issue here is the CONSTANT councilor change! As soon as one gets comfortable with their counselor, they leave. It is such piece of mind to build a relationship with your councilor and the nurses, just so you can have that report and someone that knows you and can be in your corner if ever needed. The company itself didn’t seem too bad, but the “counselor” that doesn’t care about you or your health is a joke. Brian his name is. I’ve had over a year of dealing with his laziness, like not submitting me needing a higher dose, not scheduling me for an appointment for weeks in a row to speak with the actual doctor here. Once 2025 hit they became impossible to work with after years of (relatively) smooth sailing. Even ppl like me who come once a month, never missed a day or failed a test are being harassed by staff for rules never previously conveyed or enforced. You'll also be randomly TEXT, not called but TEXT to provide personal information from random telephone numbers by people speaking broken english without warning from the clinic, then reprimanded for refusing to interact or provide your personal info to this random individual/phone ... read more
I definitely have to put my input in about this location. I have been coming to Woodstock for the past few months almost a year and have notice a difference in management which has been amazing but not a difference with the front office personnel. The female at the front desk myself and a few other patients has notice about her. Personally I have saw her let people of her color pass with charging credits to their accounts and when it comes to other colors she won’t let charge.
