Not happy with this dealership at all. Ordered a part almost 2 months ago. Still no part and no one still knows where this part is. I have been put off and feed bull crap. Then I ask to get a price on selling my vehicle. Was told someone would be with me shortly. 20-30 mins later said I would come back at some other time. Then they sent someone out and took pictures and info. Said someone would call me. Fell for that one again. It never happened. Went back in a week later to check on part. Not only did they give me the best experience with a dealership in all my purchases over the years, but it was their true friendliness setting themselves well above all others. I look forward returning to meet parts and services staff too.

What a refreshing change for service at this dealership! Cameron in Service was very helpful resolving my issue quickly and without hassle. When my 2015 Ram was finished I got a call right away to notify it was all ready to go, great communication! You generally have to chase down whether your vehicle is ready near the end the day. Historically, their service department was much less enjoyable than a trip to the dentist (without freezing). Kudos to the new owners of Woodstock Chrysler/Ram for really changing the experience.
Great service dept, but a little expensive overall.
