I'm not sure what's going on with these other, seemingly unfavorable reviews. The technician was excellent to deal with! The cost was as estimated, and he was very communicative about ensuring the task was done correctly. This firm is competent, punctual, and compassionate. They restored my smoke chamber and firebox and fitted a damper in the chimney.
