If you can stay somewhere else, please do. Save yourself the trouble, headache and anger. This is probably one of worst places with the worst customer service I’ve walked into. The lady at the front desk thinks she’s quirky but she’s condescending with a terrible attitude. I previously worked at the this location from the bacon app to help the company with house keeping the manager this now I think he name is Tasha she got my account disabled twice saying I didn’t show up when I clearly was there also in the policy on bacon it clearly say that if I’m turned around they pay 30$ for inconvenience but she said I never showed up which got my account disabled twice I asked her if she got the number for hr she refused to give me the number trust me since she played with my money and time this is not... read more
UPDATE! STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY POSTED WHAT I CAN ONLY ASSUME ARE FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD 4 MONTHS AFTER MY STAY! WoodSpring Suites just charged my credit $449.33 for absolutely nothing. Obviously, I contacted my financial institution and will proceed to resolve this issue that way. However, I believe they are knowingly and willing stealing from me, it's not appreciated, and I'm warning everyone else. Currently, I'm in the another country and I have to dispute these charges.
