I’m currently in the room. It’s an okay place to crash for the night. But kinda pricey for the quality. The beds are CHEAP! Looks like bed frames from army barracks with army blankets. The mattress and frame make A LOT of noise if ya catch my drift. The place smells super wierd. Starting to burn my nose and give me a headache. No carpet anywhere. 1. We called to ask for early check-in on Friday 3/6/2026 and the reservation desk stated they called the hotel and confirmed we could check-in at 12PM on Saturday 3/7/2026. We arrived at the hotel and were met by a rude front desk attendant who said that we could only check-in at 3pm. This really caused a big problem with meeting our appointments in the area. The rooms were bare basic. No blow dryer. Had pots and pans but charge for it. Bed was uncomfortable and cheap pillows. Asked for a high-level floor when I booked the reservation and when I got there, but did not get. The rooms are noisy above you. . No lotions in room or conditioners. Rooms are very clean but just no amenities. Not even a box of Kleenex in the room. Paid $199. I thought it was kind of expensive for what you get for the money

We want to take a moment to share our wonderful experience at the WoodSpring Suites. It’s been a delightful & fantastic stay. From the quality of the rooms, comfort & staff. Everyone has been so helpful & treated us as family…Tonya & Marcus are amazing. The girls at the front desk…have been so helpful and welcoming, they are truly amazing!! The building is a new building so everything is clean. But, to say it’s a minimalist room is an understatement. You get two towels, two washcloths, no hand towels. There’s no coffee, no silverware no glassware. If you call the counter, they’ll tell you they sell them to you. Who needs to buy a coffee pot for a few days of staying? There is no housekeeping. You have to take your towels to the front desk to exchange them and and if you want sheets changed, you need to do the same.
