I just want to say that Gus is perfect every time I have stayed and he has helped me he was great I really do appreciate him and for helping me and my daughter every time we stay he’s the reason that my family come here to stay. Thank You Gus

I travel a lot and I was on business in Wesley Chapel and the Tampa Bay Area for a couple of weeks the hotel was ok I’ve been in worst but I gotta say the staff was cool except for that bald head dude Byron or Brian I don’t know but his job need to be evaluated or he needs to seek another profession being rude and saying snide comments to the guest as I’m waiting for my uber I don’t know if he knew I was there or he even cared but geeez upper management need to deal with him. one thing I didn’t like is the staff goes in your... read more
