“a solid hotel for the price” myself, my husband and another couple were traveling through the area and were looking for a place to spend one night before heading south..As only staying for 1 night we booked one room with 2 queen beds to save some $. Prior to our arrival I called to ask about something and the staff offered to swap our room for two regular rooms instead as their initial guest wanted to extend their stay and we happily accepted the offer. Beautiful atmosphere, very professional staff & extremely accommodating, 5 star for sure!
Very uncomfortable bed. The overhead lights in the room didn't work but I think they had electrical issues because the parking lot ones didn't either. I was working out and the towel dispenser wouldn't dispense, so I went to the bathroom across the hall and it was out of paper towels and toilet paper. I grabbed a custodian to open the dispenser but she didn't have a clue how. She eventually gave me some washcloths though 🤷
Do not trust this hotel !! I prepaid my reservation through Expedia attached are the images. The receptionist lily I think is here name in the PM shift obv didn’t know what she was doing and also charged us via the hotel. I have contacted Expedia multiple times and they say the hotel never charged us. But we swiped the card? The charge is in our card ?? Now we will dispute with our bank since this hotel is trying to steal our money and double charge us when our reservation was clearly pre paid through Expedia. Why did the fr... read more
