The room was clean. That is it. We felt uncomfortable and not safe. They put a metal door down at the desk at night. If you need anything you are out of luck. The doors are left unlocked all the time. Anyone can come in at anytime. Some one was crying LOUDLY behind the desk after the door was put down. It was a frightening place. NEVER AGAIN.
I couldn’t even stay. The bed was way too uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep in it, I went to check out and nobody was at the front desk. Grate pulled down saying something about they’d be back in the morning? I just left the keys and walked out. Will definitely never stay at a Woodspri Suites ever again.
DO NOT stay here!!!!! We booked here for one night as we had a hockey tournament across the street and the hotel is terrible. The floor that we were on. there was a nasty smell. Receptionist was very nice and he moved our room to the 4th floor but that floor was just as bad. Our bed had hair on it and the second bed also had hair with a dead bug on the bed. I had to book this hotel because it was close to a project I was working on and I got sick of driving 3 hours per day. 1. If you're coming in out of town and you've reserved this place, when you show up at the front desk, they will change the price on you because they know you are a busy professional and you don't have time to look around for alternatives at the 11th hour. I don't blame the clerks all employees. I blame the ownership. It appears they do this as a matter of policy. 2. They do not restock toilet paper and towe... read more
Absolutely awful. They were out of toilet paper for 3 days and when they did get it in we could only get one roll. And the first room we got the toliet would flood the room after you flush. Nice location easy access to I-75 but terrible pretty much everything else.
