Service is basically ZERO. Place smells funny. Then they say WiFi is included yet you can’t access videos on it (even YouTube) unless you pay. I paid… and WiFi STILL cuts off the second I try to access a video and can’t even connect my game system. Gross, dirty place… staff has been cool though. They DONT clean your room. And if YOU don’t clean it perfectly they threaten you with a 250$ charge. Nothing is in walking distance really. Do not stay here I rented a room for 7 days $526 and only stayed 2 then started see roaches everywhere told them I wanted to check out early and showed them why the staff still charged me a early check out fee and only refunded me $113 the room stinks and was greasy feeling
Sulphur location: Awesome staff! Great location for TAR! I clean my own room by choice. *Housekeeping is done upon request & they have no problem doing it. *They have towels here, but I came with my own towels. *Washer & dryer room on the 1st floor. *I’m a woman, here by myself for work, & I feel very safe here. *The front door is usually always locked & you must use your room key to enter. ***Upon arrival, Chris & Bryan gave me great details as they checked me in. Great place to stay. Staff is on top of everything you need. The GM is doin the most. I just paid for a week and my job ended early and they worked with me on getting my money paid back for the nights I’m not using. NEVER had that happen before. I’ll be back
