The rooms have roaches, the hallway smell the room smell like food the house cleaning does not clean rooms change linens are swap out dirty towels you can’t get a refund so you have no choice but to stay here or lose money, but I will never step foot back in his hotel again when my days are up
Absolutely one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at First off no weekly service of the room have to take your own trash change your own sheets get your own towel Room was filled with cockroaches ( counted atleast 10 in one night) Front desk employees are just straight lazy Called one night about noise because room above was blaring music and arguing at 12am on a Monday front desk said we will handle no change at all. Argued through the night and music continued to play. 10/10 don’t recommend this hotel
I had lost my voice those 2 nights there and they got me some lemon, honey, and hot tea until I was content
Rooms were great but there was absolutely no housekeeping services....paid weekly and was told by staff that after 2 weeks I could schedule housekeeping, so I did and it never happened. I was told several times that they only had 1 housekeeper. I mean for nearly 500 a week they should clean atleast once a week. I had to change my own bed sheets, take the trash to the dumpster in the parking lot and get towels everyday...and they don't answer the number at the front desk if it's after hours.
