Una estancia espectacular...
I wish I could give them a zero star, worse hotel I've stayed in by far. Mind you I pay 1290 a month and they promise to clean my room every 2 weeks. Yet the first 2 weeks I had to ask multiple times for them to clean my room. After another 2 weeks it was the same thing. For the next 2 months I ended up cleaning my room by myself! Even if they would offer me a room for free for a year I wouldn't stay there again. They should just knock that building down and build it back up!
The fire alarm started going off in our room for no reason and there was no one to call for help And it dis so for about 10 minutes. .
LaQuanda was an outstanding help to my family and I. Very helpful and extremely polite. Rooms were super clean and very comfortable.
