Booked this room online showed up & the doors are locked so you have to call to have someone to come open the doors which is fine except we called the number as listed on the wall 8 times with personal phone and phone supplied by hotel , eventually a guest let us in the locked door you have to go through to get to the desk that’s also locked we hit the bell on the desk multiple times had to call corporate just to get someone to the front desk waited a total of 30 min in the lobby to get checked in.
