Booked a 7 night stay and paid the total at check-in with a promise a deposit would be refunded within 3 weeks. The refund never came, and upon reviewing the paperwork, the hotel had charged a late fee at the day of check-out and refunded it, and charged for an extra day. After a week of fighting for a one night refund I have been told we requested the extra day at check-in (not true), and it was relayed that the General Manager will not be refunding it because we requested the extra day.
