Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!
I had a perfect stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice spacious clean room. Not too far from the port. One thing they could add in the room is glassware. Most definitely will return for my next trip.
Everything was great except the bed I had to go see a doctor after I slept on that torches chamber of a mattress other than that the stay was awesome but if you have ever had back surgery steer clear of this place
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms aren't terrible. No ice machines on property, that's a bit inconvenient for an extended stay hotel. The hot water also seems to work when it wants, that's not great after a long day of work and no hot water to use. Not a horrible hotel, but definitely not my first choice to stay at again.
I am enjoying my stay very much! The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable, (love the duvet); staff are very friendly and helpful, and I absolutely will look for a WoodSpring Suites the next time I travel.
