The front desk closes after 11 PM, and the hotel entrance is locked. We had to wait outside for 20 minutes until a staff member arrived to let us in. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially late at night. The hotel should clearly communicate its check-in hours and provide a reliable way for guests to enter after hours.
20 min ride to cruise terminal. Polite staff, clean rooms, bed was a bit hard and shifted when you move.
