Hubby stayed here because of work and I stayed with him a few days and left. Location was perfect for commute to work. There was a hiccup but it was taken care of right away. They handled my mail and deliveries perfectly. Room was comfortable. Front desk ladies were always pleasant and took care of things promptly. Very helpful too. Safety is a high priority here. Can I have my money back
Hotel told us they were full when we arrived late during the night, despite having a reservation, and blamed some computer glitch (night front desk person said the glitch has been there for a while and management haven't fixed it). She was not very apologetic. Terrible service and forced us to sleep in our car since it was too late to be able to find another hotel.
