Although there was an unbelievable amount of woman hair in the bed, staff promptly provided a new bed set for me to use. Walls had boogers, floors & kitchenette were dirty, bathroom was nice but you can tell they aren’t up keeping up on maintenance and the details of cleanliness. I appreciate the security doors into the hotel, feels more secure for longer stays. But the vibe at night out side never felt comfortable and I worried about my car outside overnight. I feel like they are upgrading their rooms a piece at a time... Somethings seem new and nice and somethings seems pretty old. For the price they definitely should improve some things for sure. Location is right off the exit, although a little tricky to get to. Service was mostly nice, but didn't have much interaction. I know in Utah I would get a far nicer room and a breakfast for the cost.

Mgr Gregg says Hotels Policy of not refunding for unused days to me is just lame and unprofessional. He said I have signed a contract and it says in the contract. Well. When checking in no one at the counter explains the policy but just hands out bunch of papers to initial & sign. No one explains that unused days are non-refundable. I booked for 5 nights for work related stay and was done in 4 days. So while checking out on the 4th day the lady at the reception says "sorry no refunds and starts showing me the contract" As a ... read more

Hubby stayed here because of work and I stayed with him a few days and left. Location was perfect for commute to work. There was a hiccup but it was taken care of right away. They handled my mail and deliveries perfectly. Room was comfortable. Front desk ladies were always pleasant and took care of things promptly. Very helpful too. Safety is a high priority here. No one is allowed to enter without their key. If anyone tried to enter without a key, they were kicked out. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for a pleasant... read more
