The place is kinda meh. RENT A CAR!! There is nothing around this place but a Wendy’s and a McDonald’s. The 5 stars are strictly for Janae who works the desk on the evening shift. She. Is. Helpful. If there is something she can do for you, it’s done. If not she can explain it in a way that keeps you in a good mood. I will not say that for the gentleman who works the day shift. Janae is the bright spot here. No 2 ways about it.

The exterior of the hotel is nice the rooms have definitely been lived in they try to keep up the carpets need to be vacuumed tomorrow in the hallways put the manager at the front desk is rude inconsiderate and knows nothing about customer service

The staff were very kind and welcoming, and gave us a great dinner recommendation in the area. Good location and close to lots of entertainment and food. However, the cleaning products used in the room were overpowering and irritating for someone with sensitivities to smell. Even after several hours of running the fan and AC unit, it was still incredibly strong. Some minor cleanliness issues- corners of the floors were not cleaned, tub didn’t drain, minor wear and tear. Overall good for a short stay!

This hotel has a perfect central location, the rooms are relatively large & good kitchen. Unfortunately, the service & amenities are the WORST! No coffee, no ice, no breakfast bar. More than half the week, it’s no clean towels or linens Housekeeping is horrendously rude & lacking any sort of hospitality what so ever! All of the employees need to understand what the word “hospitality” means as they are in that business!!
