This hotel was in a good location but that’s really all the benefits to it. We checked in and our rooms ac was not working, the fridge was not working, and neither was the bathroom light. We then went to guest services to see about a different room and they downgraded our room from a king suite to a room that was much smaller and was a queen. Over all not thrilled with the experience.
I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews here and I honestly just don't get it that's not been my experience at all every staff member has been beyond helpful. I have an injury and the front desk person even helped me bring my luggage to my room. Everyone here has been more than friendly and the manager has been excellent. The rooms are very very clean spotless if you ask me and I work in the restaurant and bar industry and would definitely say if this were not the case.
