From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and taken care of… they were always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants and shops. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the area, and I’ll definitely be back!
Ive been here for 3 weeks for work. Not once have they cleaned the room changed the linen or towels. The laundry machine steals your money as well as the detergent dispenser and the internet wven the paid internet u spend more than 30 minutes buffering a 20 minute video.
The best kept secret in Clermont, Fl. Excellent service by Georgina and Elsa with room cleaning, very friendly and attentive. Joseph in front desk alert to our questions and needs. Martha the person in charge paying attention to the details especially the Washer and Dryer room. 6 weeks went fast because of their team work which kept us happy! M.A
Arrived at 1115 pm to the lobby window closed. Had to use a greasy phone to call and check in. Got to my room and it stinks. I’m guessing it was bug spray. I may be wrong. I was willing to deal with it. Drop my bags and sit on the bed. It’s hard as a rock. I was willing to deal with it. Got myself ready for bed .
