I am absolutely stunned and in appauled that a Business who communicates safety as a primary pillar of their Business principles/company philosophy whould have a broken elevator for 15 days. In its current condition, Value Place Mckinney, TX is not ADA compliant or operating under legal Fire Code. This is something that should NEVER happen. FIX IT NOW
An affordable, no frills place to stay! I didn't have to pay for all those things I don't use. I didn't have to worry about "picking up" before I left each day. Full fridge, microwave, stove, sink in kitchenette! Maid service only every other week. Parking right at the building! No complicated bill to review! Interior corridor, locked key access only - don't have to worry about safety!PROS: SAFE! SECURE! AFFORDABLE!CONS: No amenities. No problem. Bring my own!!
