The workers are so nice. Reggie was so kind and helpful. Thank you
WoodSpring Trophy Club cancelled our reservation on the day of arrival saying they were overbooked, even though we had booked directly through the hotel's website which indicated many rooms available at the time. We were on the way to the airport to fly to DFW when we got the call and had to scramble to find replacement lodging. Will never book WoodSpring again.
Met both Reginald and Veronica. Both of them were great! Very friendly, good service.
