I reserved a room with a Queen bed. We checked in about 4-4:30 pm and the only room they had available had a Standard size bed. My reservation stated I had reserved a Queen. My husband is 6'1" and 230 lbs and we had to sleep on our sides in order to fit on the bed for two nights. The pillows were not even standard size, they were half of a standard size pillow (a square). The office personnel could not help us and had no solution to this problem.
