Superbe accueil par Regina. Chambre propre, juste qu'il manquait du gel douche. Hotel récent mais qui va très vite mal finir... Les moquettes des couloirs sont déjà sales et odeurs de chien nauséabondes.. quel dommage. Volet du bureau fermé pour le check out alors j'ai laissé ma carte en chambre..

Staff was all friendly at check in and check out. Location was not great. It was not great to show up to a …disturbed seeming individual riding his bicycle in circles around the parking lot at 10:30 at night. He was yelling obscenities. Then getting up to the door and realizing the door is locked, that was a sign. Traveling with kids and it being a long travel day, we stayed but checked out the next morning. This hotel might have been good at one point, but now it's a trap house. The door to our room had been installed so poorly that the lock didn't line up with the wall, so we couldn't lock it. When we returned for the night, there was some altercation in the car park involving police with guns drawn. We were not willing to stay in an obviously unsafe environment, so booked alternative accommodation. They refused to give us a refund. We will never stay with WoodSprings Suites again.
