HORRIBLE HIDDEN FEES!!!!!!! Really trying to charge people $8 buck for CLEAN TOWELS…..!!!!!! WE STAYED 10 DAYS!!!!!!!! What were we supposed to do!!!!!!!!!! WHY WOULDN’T THEY TELL PEOPLE THAT!!!!!!! You have to throw you own garbage out!!!!!!! The people are RUDE when you need toilet paper!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN. What a bunch of Crooks !!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!
The manager provided very poor service. Even though I speak English very well, she treated me terribly and I felt discriminated against for being Latina.
This location was the first one that we were restricted to just 1 pillow each. The room layout is where each bed backs up to the next room’s bed, which isn’t an ideal layout for this industry.
Spent a lot of money there, stayed about 6 months, There were drug deals in the parking lot "escorts" doing business in the rooms, and a 20 y.o. delinquent who was constantly being reported for everything from annoying guests, to peeping in windows, was allowed to remain until he attacked a 56 yr old disabled person(me), breaking a rib. The hotel staff ( the managers children) stood there watching while I was on the floor being kicked and dragged.
My visit was nice. It was a short stay, but enjoyable.
