The lady working the front was great, very friendly. The one star is due to housekeeping playing finders keepers with whatever they find in the room. I checked out started driving and then realized I left my $160 jacked in the room. Immediately came back and informed the front desk. She said nothing got turned in but still walked me to the room and sure enough no jacket even tho housekeeping definitely was in there (saw them in the room through the window). Stay was good. Customer service from Cindy was terrible. Rude and not helpful with the matter I needed help with. Made a scene and handed me off to asian worker like my matter was not worth her time.

I have been to dozens and dozens of hotels in my life and I have never had to pay for everything that is needed when you stay at a hotel. It has a full kitchen, frig, stove and cabinets but if you want pots, silverware, dishes they charge you $40 for it. And it doesn’t stop there. If you want fresh sheets & towels it’s $3, if you want a roll of very thin toilet paper it’s $2. There are no blackout curtains in the rooms and even though the hotel is supposed to be non smoking, the place reeks of smoke and if you have an issue ... read more
