Location just perfect. Sevice A+ Always clean. Staff super friendly. If you're staying there for longer you can feel like you're home.

I have filed a health and safety complaint with the city. ***I have asked now 8 times for a manager to call me and I have not heard back. Instead, i get a cannedcresponse from AI. WORST PLACE EVER! Absolutely terrible experience. The room was unsanitary, the front desk day person was rude and unhelpful, the noise above us was pounding all night despite the quiet hours. Showed up at 2PM for possibility of early check-in, it wasn’t an option which is understandable. However, the woman at the front desk was the rudest conceirge I’ve ever met. Also, asked to use their restroom while I wait, she said McDonald’s is 5 minutes up the road. What kind of place is this

Trash attitudes. The thinnest pillows I've ever seen. Only one wash cloth given so I have to use one for both my face and body I guess. Asked for an extra sheet and staff response was "What do you need that for?!?!". What extended stay does even provide utensils let alone a plate?!? You have to pay for pots and pans so basically it's a kitchen you can't use AT ALL.
