To start this off, I have never left a bad review on any establishment until now. Check in was supposed to be at 3, we showed up at 4 and were told we have to wait because our room was not ready. We were told to wait 35 minutes for them to finish cleaning. We came back 35 minutes later to guess what, room still not ready! We ended up having to change our boat reservation due to this. This location is perfect and it is close to the expressway and shopping & parks near by. The rooms are well kept and have everything you’ll need to make you feel like you’re at home. The building is well kept and even have an area for your furry friend with doggie bags provided. It’s even quiet hours (10p to 7a) Check in is very simple and all the workers are friendly. I would like to especially thank Aliana she has been the best! She is sweet and very knowledgeable.

Title: Disappointed with cleanliness and lack of staff availability Review: I checked in on Friday and was initially impressed with the exterior and lobby—they were clean and well-maintained.
