Trash attitudes. The thinnest pillows I've ever seen. Only one wash cloth given so I have to use one for both my face and body I guess. Asked for an extra sheet and staff response was "What do you need that for?!?!". What extended stay does even provide utensils let alone a plate?!? You have to pay for pots and pans so basically it's a kitchen you can't use AT ALL. No 24hrs receptionist
Upon arrival, we we're told that if we needed a refresh on towels or toilet paper, it would cost extra. We have our room reserved for 5 nights..... and on top of that, they dont do any services, so our 1 gallon trash can has to last 5 days. Entering the room, it smells of cheap cleaner that was overused and not cleaned properly. Trash and food crumbs still under the bed, and unpackaged food on the shelves. The smell lingered for days. I checked in yesterday and the staff was so helpful Mrs sunshine and Mr Dino the room is super clean and everything was so convenient I will always come back to woodspring suites thank you so much I enjoyed my time here and the price was great too and it's super quiet no noise nothing thank you so much to the staff
