I called in for help booking a room Wendy manager was extremely rude and short. I told her I’d call the reservation line. She advised me not to because she said that the people answering the phone the reservation line work all over the world and they will tell me anything I want to hear just to get the reservation.

Do not stay at this hotel. The manager Wendy is extremely rude and awful to deal with. The rooms are dirty and hallways smell.

The hotel manager Wendy is a very hateful person. She brings her personal opinions and feelings into a professional setting. The maids stole clothing and makeup/perfume from my room. I left my Keurig there and they are trying to keep it. Homeless people living around building. Very unsafe place to stay.

Let me start off by saying the manager Wendy is a horrible horrible rude person. We called 3 days before visiting my husband from out of state while he's working here and asked if it was OK for 2 additional people in his room he already booked and was staying in. We were told yes. After a week of us being there with my hubby we were told by Wendy at 7-8pm that we were not allowed 3 people in the room we were in.
