Need better room cleaners they didn't even mop the floors
This is my favorite Hotel/ Extended Stay chain that I go to. I like the kitchen that they have and the full size fridge. All the staff that works here are awesome and they make you feel like you are at home. Erika is very nice, kind, courteous and professional. I am definitely coming back to this location every time I'm in town.

The elevator was down for a week here ! They didn’t even care to keep the guest updated on when it would be fixed . They were just checking people in nonstop not letting anyone know that the elevator has been down for a week now. This is the 3rd time the elevator has been down ! This place is so unprofessional and the people working there need to be fired asap!
