Mylie was so sweet and worked fast! She made the check in very simple!
Worse customer service ever! I checked out on March 18 and that same day they charged me for another week. Its been 2 days trying to get a hold of someone to give me a refund and the manager is never there to speak with. They owe me $493 dollars and every time I call I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone actually working at the location!

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but after this experience I couldn’t leave it alone without sharing my experience. As multiple others mentioned, the kiosk check-in is an absolute nightmare. The machine was broken and not giving out keys, so another guest had to go wake up who I am guessing is the manager and have him check us in. Once we got to our room, it had no pillows. I have been here since January due to relocation from a house fire .. and let me just start with this hotel is absolutely not appropriate————- It’s an extended stay where they allow anyone to camp out in the lobby , (how??) ohhh— BECAUSE the lobby CLOSES at 4:00 or 5:00pm and then your on your own but people can still get in that don’t stay here .. just for a spot to camp out I guess (for free ). :/ I have had multiple issues with the front desk manager due to her attitude…it’s like she always rushes you off and has a snippy... read more
