Gerald is very accommodating and make sure that the hotel is very safe. He’s very cautious and watches over all of the customers and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is satisfied. Gerald makes the hotel Are place for mothers and families . I have come to really enjoy and feel safe with Mr Gerald being in the building. I know that this hotel is not going to be the same without his presence Mr Gerald is always walking around making sure people are where they are supposed to be making sure kids are safe on the premises. NO OVERNIGHT STAFF!!!! Pros: .New furniture, appliances, countertops...etc .Mostly clean everywhere. Hotel floor was not very clean but nothing crazy. Dust, hair, crumbs. Cons: .NO HOTEL STAFF AFTER 6P. i.e. if you need to check in, you have to use a kiosk. Weird but whatever, I didn't have to use it. But my bed don't have a blanket. No big deal, mistakes happen. But when I called to ask for one I was told there's no staff onsite and I'd have to wait till 10am. I've never in my life seen a hotel operate with no staff on site... read more
