Dylan the manager was very helpful and his staff did an excellent job. Front desk was very easy check in and housekeeping was just finishing up with our room. Very decent and you can see the difference with new management. From 2025Chilifest to 2026 chilifest, this property has made a full 360.

My room is nice it's quite most of the time.The management are friendly and try to keep the place clean.The police come here alot because unruly guests.This is my home for now and I'm comfortable here!

DON'T! ROACHES! GRIMY ROOMS! Do not be fooled, don't stay here. Worst hotel / motel I've been too. Please seriously stay away There were two live roaches in my SECOND Room. I had already transferred rooms because of a terrible pink stain caked all over the bathroom tub. We didn't stay a single night. Left after we checked in and really took stock of the room. Pictures speak for themselves. Grim and bad amenities. Hotel smells of faint smoke and weed. I booked here on a work trip with 3 other coworkers. Only my room was refun... read more

Since moving here in early February I’ve noticed a huge turnaround with this place. Slowly but surely this property is becoming more and more safe and worry free. Thanks to the awesome staff and management for all their hard work!
