You have to pay to sit on her Couch! The manager was very rude, I was just waiting for my mom, and I was sitting on the couch then she came and ask if I had a room, I said no, and she said if you don't have a room you can't sit on MY couch, like what damage I was doing to her????

Hello, to anyone looking to book at this hotel don't. They dont offer refunds and the rooms are completely disgusting. I had to change rooms twice, the first room had the same sheets as the people before, the second room had the same but, also had roaches. The front lady clerk was not shocked when she saw the roaches. They was roach guts everywhere in the room dirty towels and filthy linings. I left and made my way to a professional hotel holiday Inn express.

I can't see how are business can be run when the employee at the front desk acts like its an inconvenience to be at work. 8am and the front desk is not open. No one is there to assist. And when the person is there she displays horrible attitude as if you are bothering her for her to actually do her job. Claimed she has worked for hotels for years, but showed zero sense of what working in hospitality is about. The only slight positive is the manager was kind and responsive to the issue with the front desk. Room was not clean.... read more
